       2. Select all occurrences of a single file type in the directory
          overrides file types in 1 above
           webroot...dircaster.php?ft=mp4
            or
           webroot.../dircaster.php?ft=mp3
          (no periods in front of file type)
          Any one of the file types in 1 above can be used
          This allows the feed to store multiple types in one directory,
          and allows the subscriber to select only one type

       Some media players don't like the embedded 'http://'
       For redirect: $enclosurePrefix  = 'http://aaa.bbb.com/somefolder/' ;
       For no redirect: $enclosurePrefix  = '';
    C. Removed change log info to this file changelog.txt
    D. Removed all configuration variables to a PHP include file
       config_inc.php. It is hoped that this will help when program
       only changes are made to dircaster.php. Now all user editable
       variables are in one file and may not need tobe  overridden due to the
       user variables being in one file.
    E. Moved iTunes documentation comments to this file.
